NCPC has a core team of professionals to carry out the Energy Audit of any company during which the team inspects and analyses the energy flows for energy conservation in a building, processes or systems to reduce the amount of energy input into the system without negatively affecting the output(s).

Spent caustic disposal

The organization has two laboratories, one is Federal EPA Certified Environment Laboratory and the other is ISO 17025:2005 Certified Petroleum Testing Laboratory for providing wide range of environmental and petroleum testing services.
The laboratories provide analytical services for Drinking Water, Waste Water, Soil, Flue Gas, Ambient Air, Petroleum Products, Solid and Liquid Fuels, Food and Nutrients, Minerals, Metals and Engineering Materials, Chemicals etc. The Laboratories also provide services for Noise Survey, Automobile Emissions, Calibration and Testing etc.

The waste disposal services are detailed below:

• Incineration: It is basically a high temperature dry oxidation process that reduces organic and combustible waste to inorganic, incombustible matter and results in significant reduction of waste volume (up to 95%) and weight (up to 75%). Three-chambered incinerators are installed for the destruction of any kind of combustible waste produced by hospitals, laboratories, industries, pharmaceuticals, clinics and others.

• Bioremediation: For treatment of the organic portion of the waste, the waste is subjected to bioremediation. Bioremediation refers to the method that uses microorganisms to recycle organic materials and sequester inorganic ions. Under carefully controlled conditions, it is a practical and cost effective method to remove hydrocarbons from contaminated surfaces and sludge. The Organization has a core team of professionals to carry out the bioremediation of hazardous waste e.g. oily sludge, oil spill etc.

• Composting: Composting is a natural biological process carried out under controlled aerobic conditions (requires oxygen). In this process various microorganisms including bacteria and fungi break down organic matter into simpler substances. We have a specialist team of professionals to provide these services.
