He holds a Master’s degree in engineering from Texas Tech University, USA and has attended many technical, financial and management programs in institutions of international repute in USA, Europe, Japan and Pakistan. He has extensive experience in engineering, maintenance, human resource management, project management and marketing. Mr. Adil also has keen interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Welfare activities. Besides being on the Board as well as CEO & Chairman of NCPC, Mr. Adil is also currently working as Chief Executive Officer of Attock Refinery Limited. He is associated with the Attock Oil Group in Pakistan for the last 38 years. He is also the Board Member of Lahore University of Management Sciences – (LUMS), and Society for the Promotion of Engineering Sciences & Technology, The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKIEST) and Cadet College, Hasanabdal. He is also President of Attock Sahara Foundation-(ASF) which is an NGO working for the poor and needy people of Morgah & its surrounding area.
Mr. Munir Azam Temuri is the AGM (Operations) at Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) and a member of the Petroleum Institute of Pakistan (PIP). He is a professional engineer registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and also a member of the Attock Sahara Foundation (ASF).
Syed Ahmed Abid is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 40 years post qualification experience including over 30 years working experience with Attock Refinery Limited (ARL). He remained associated with ARL in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer, supervising functions of Finance, Corporate Affairs, Procurement & Material Management as well as Information technology department and headed several key functional committees responsible for various tasks and assignments. He was also associated with the Board of Directors of ARL, National Refinery Ltd, Attock Petroleum Ltd as a Director and Company Secretary from time to time for over 15 years. Prior to joining ARL, Mr. Abid worked for A.F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants for a period of 10 years. He has also attended various local and overseas courses on management and financial practices. Presently he is a member of Quality Assurance Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and works independently as Financial Advisor/Consultant.
Syed Asad Abbas is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of post-qualification experience. He has attended many financial and management programs in institutions of international repute. He has extensive experience in the field of finance and auditing. He has worked at senior position in PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Tri-Pack Films Limited (a joint venture of Packages Limited of Pakistan and Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan). He has also worked in Pakistan Oilfields Limited as Head of Internal Audit Department. He is currently working as Chief Financial Officer of Attock Refinery Limited.
Dr. M. Ilyas Fazil is Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from Institute of Oil and Gas, Ploiesti, Romania. He has over 35 year experience in the Oil and Gas Sector, along-with 25 year in Attock Refinery Limited. He has also attended many technical, financial and management programs in Asia, Europe, USA and Japan. He has also served as Secretary General – Oil Companies Advisory Committee (OCAC), Member (Oil) – Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and Director (Project & Operations) with Trans Asia Refinery Limited.
Mr. Salman Tariq Assistant General Manager (Maintenance) at Attock Refinery Limited (ARL),He is a professional engineer with 30p+ years of experience in the petroleum industry. He has served at Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL) Karachi and Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) Rawalpindi at various levels of responsibility.
Mr. Khalid Mahmood, Assistant General Manager (Technical Services, Planning & Development) at Attock Refinery Limited (ARL), possesses a Bachelors` Degree in Chemical Engineering from Institute of Chemical Engineering & Technology University of Punjab Lahore, Pakistan.
He is a professional engineer with 32 years of experience in the petroleum industry. He has served at Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL) Karachi and Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) Rawalpindi since 1991 at various levels of responsibility.
In his capacity as Project Coordinator he successfully completed the Refinery Upgradation Project 2016 comprising of Light Naphtha Isomerization Unit, Diesel Hydrodesulphurization Unit, Hydrogen Unit, Sulphur Recovery Unit and associated utilities and auxiliary units. He is also responsible for forthcoming project its planning and implementation.
Mr. Khalid is a Registered Professional Engineer (CHEM-02404) with Pakistan Engineering Council and a Member of Pakistan Institute of Petroleum.
Dr. Khan has served at multiple professional bodies and institutions including the Institute of Architects, Pakistan (IAP) currently as the Vice President IAP (2022-2025), as member of Executive Committee of the Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP) (2019-2021 and 2021-2023), honorary secretary of INTBAU Pakistan, Chair of Sustainability of EAROPH Pakistan and member of British Association of South Asian Studies. She has served as member of the Academic Council, Syndicate and various committee at COMSATS University. She has served as a director on the board of NCPC Foundation (National Cleaner Production Center Foundation) since 2021. The focus of her work at these institutions has been to improve the professional and academic performance of the profession. Dr. Khan has represented IAP (at ACAE) at ARCASIA, Bali and ACPP at Jaipur, India. She has developed multiple liaisons with Universities in the UK, Turkey, Japan and China for curriculum improvement and heritage conservation and regeneration.
Dr. Farida Faisal has a PhD in Development Economics with specialization in Gender Mainstreaming and a master’s degree in Business Administration. For the past 25 years she has been involved in university teaching and research. To create research outreach, she also regularly appears on well-established Pakistani news channels as senior economic analyst. She has served as advisor, Punjab Public Service Commission and HEC. She is often invited as expert member on employee selection boards of universities and other organizations in Pakistan. She has published papers on gender mainstreaming, women workforce participation, sustainability issues, management of public sector organizations, HRM, Food Marketing and Behavioral Finance. She imparts trainings and mentoring sessions on inclusive governance. Her efforts towards creating linkages between academia and industry received much appreciation from State Bank of Pakistan and Chamber of Commerce and Industry. As director of her institute she led her faculty to adopt reflective pedagogical techniques and engage with students to initiate innovative business ventures in the agro-allied sector. Currently, she is actively engaged in supervising research involving female health care workers and women agripreneurs.
